Return & Refund Policy
​All commissioned Artworks are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their customised nature, including any purchased Original Artwork.

If you are not satisfied with any of the other products, (excluding the above), HRSelf Artist offers a money back guarantee for any damaged or lost items. Purchases made that arrived damaged (except for non-refundable Portraits) can be returned for a refund within 14 days from date of delivery, once the Artist has been informed.
If 14 days have passed since the original delivery date, unfortunately a refund cannot be guaranteed.
To request a refund, please email hrselfartist@gmail.com with your request, including your full name and order number and photos of any damaged goods.
Any item that has been accepted and returned is the Client’s responsibility to pay shipping costs. Please ensure that the product is packed securely, otherwise a restocking fee will be taken from your refund total cost, which will be clearly stated to the Client upon the arrival of the return.
Please ensure you keep the postage receipt as proof of return.
Once the Client’s return has been received or approved, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the return to be processed through the Client’s Bank.
If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email.

HRSelf Artist reserves the right to modify these terms from time to time at their sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, do not use or access this website or any of the services.
